This form allows you to create a new "Locale"
-- an object representing a language and a region that can be used in translating Yioop
to a new language.
- The Name field should be filled in with a name for the locale in the language of the locale.
- So for French you would put Français.
- The Locale tag field should be the IETF language tag. For example, fr-FR for French
from France.
- The Writing Mode dropdown is used to specify the direction that text is written in for the given
locale.
- The Locale Enabled checkbox says whether or not users of this Yioop installation can select this
locale from various language dropdown that appear on the Yioop site.
